Member Spotlight: Stage Coach Sauces, LLC
Stage Coach Sauces, LLC located in Palatka, Florida has been an FAPC member since 2010. The company welcomes Greg Borowiec & Josh Gilbert to their marketing team. Greg, 24, and Josh, 23, are recent Master of Business Administration graduates from Union Graduate College located in Schenectady, New York.
The Geck Family, founder and owner of the famous Stage Coach sauces, has been in business for more than 20 years offering private label branding on a wide selection of sauce products, assistance with FDA setup, product testing, formulations, nutritionals, UPC (Barcodes), label design and assistance with launching new products.
In just two months of joining the Stage Coach team, the two young men have developed a mix of products including a traditional Steak Sauce & Red Ruby Garlic Glaze. The Stage Coach Sauces are currently in Rowe’s Supermarket in the Jacksonville area & Hitchcock’s in the Palatka area. Within the next few weeks Stage Coach Sauces will be available throughout Northern Florida.

Stage Coach Shrimp and Rice Bake Recipe
1/2 cup Stage Coach Steak Sauce
1 1/2 pound cleaned fresh Florida shrimp (peeled)
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
3 cups cooked rice
Sauté the shrimp, green peppers, onions and oil in a skillet until vegetables are tender but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until dish is thoroughly heated
